A Gift from your Local Association of Realtors – that you can earn as soon as you have an Accepted offer – all you need to do is provide a couple of items to them.
The El Dorado County Association of Realtors’ (EDCAR) and their “Honor Our Troops Committee” are offering all Military Service Member & Veteran New Home Buyers a chance to apply for a Token/gift, pending funding availability. In the absence of funding, the applicant will receive a thank you letter along with a list of Veteran Services available to them in El Dorado County.
